1. How long will I have access to the course? Do you offer extensions?
Each program initially expires after six months to encourage focused study and to prevent account sharing. However, extensions are free. If you need additional time, simply submit a request through this form. We are with you until you PASS!
2. Can I get my mock exams reset?
If you took the licensing exam and did not pass, send us your score report (add FORM), and we will reset your course. We also recommend reaching out to your coach for support as you prepare to retake the exam.
3. Can I listen to the audio files without using Wi-Fi or data?
No. At this time, audio files are streamed through our website, so you must use either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
4. How do I access my course?
You can find your purchased courses in your Study Center or Profile Page.
5. How many mock exams come with the course?
- LCSW Clinical: Two half-length mocks (each can be taken twice), two full-length mocks (each can be taken once), plus additional quizzes, totaling over 750 practice questions and rationales
- LMSW: Two half-length mocks (each can be taken twice), two full-length mocks (each can be taken once), plus additional quizzes, totaling over 550 practice questions and rationales.
- LCSW Law & Ethics: 5 full-length mocks (three can be taken twice, and two can be taken once each), plus additional quizzes.
6. Do I need to take the LMSW exam?
This depends on your state. Please check your state’s requirements [HERE].
7. Do I need to take the LCSW Law & Ethics exam?
The LCSW Law & Ethics exam is required only for California social workers. Our LCSW Law & Ethics course is designed specifically for the California exam only.
8. When should I start studying?
Our study systems vary in length based on the exam. Generally, they are designed to help you pass within two months. Unlike other companies that promote excessive memorization and over-studying—leading to poor exam performance—our program is designed to maximize efficient learning.

Yes, we offer a $100 returning customer discount if you used the LMSW program and now want the LCSW program, or vice versa.
